Tangible Dreams
Tangible Dreams is a small company devoted to the development of nifty little games for the mac and the exploration of different design possibilities.
Originally started back in 1998 on a part-time basis, it then moved on to become a full time activity in january 2002.
Software Policy:
Expecially now that I have turned to the development side of things, I am obviously against software piracy. That said, however, I do recognize people in favor of piracy have a few good points; basicallly, I would like to see software treated in pretty much the same way other goods are treated: in my life, I didn't buy all the books I read, for example, some I took from the local library, some I borrowed; that is why while on one hand I have applied some pretty strict registation system(registration will work only on one computer, under the same OS it was installed) to hinder piracy, on the other I welcome anyone who has registered to drop me a line for 1 or more registration codes, should they re-install their system, should they want to play the game both at home and at the office, should they simply want to "lend" it to a friend.
When requesting extra registration numbers please be sure to provide your name and address, and use the e-mail address that was used in the actual registration process.
About game design:
To me games were always like windows to other worlds, a sort of alternative life, in a broad sense, an alternative existence.
While a lot has already been done in terms of game design, and we certainly cannot reinvent the media that has helped it develop so much in the last few decades, Inspiration is always pushing us to make this art better fulfill and give shape to our fancies, our needs, our whishes, our visions, our dreams, our destinies.
May Inspiration always feed our souls.
